The Gruesome Granny was an animatronic sold by Spirit Halloween for the 2013 Halloween season. It resembled a decaying elderly woman, wearing a dirty nightgown and holding a zombified baby. When activated, the woman’s body rocked back and forth while her head and mouth moved to an eerie lullaby and sounds of a baby could be heard. Additionally both the eyes of the woman and the baby lit-up during the activation. Foam replaced for legs - does NOT affect function or appearance
