This is a brand new vintage Looney tunes sleepyhead fun pouch from 1994. This one is a Bugs Bunny. I've had several of these in storage since the '90s and they're all brand new still in the sealed plastic. The idea is they are a fabric quilted pillow with a velcro opening in the back to store pajamas or other items. They're meant to keep on the bed as a pillow but can be used for anything. Thanks
